Questions
Do I need an API key?
No. Estimates are public and need no key or account. Fair-use limits apply: about 15 estimates per minute per IP address.
Does a call create a booking or a lead?
No. The API and the MCP tools are read-only. They return a link to the fixed-price quote form, which the user opens if they want a binding price.
Which routes are supported?
Moves within and between all EU countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Addresses can be cities, postcodes or full street addresses, together with an ISO country code.
How should an assistant present the result?
As a non-binding estimate including VAT, with the route, volume and the fixed-price quote link. Never as a confirmed price or a booking.
